Photos of The Duomo in Milano

Here are more photos of the Duomo of Milan and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.  Again, words cannot express the magnificant art and the magnitude of this cathedral!!!

Outside of the Duomo a street hawker offered me a free thread bracelet.  I stupidly agreed, and he quickly tied it on my wrist.  When he asked for a donation I said I didn’t have anything and began to walk off.  He insistently pursued me for money, and Steve came to the rescue.  The hawker then told us to “go f*** you and your mother.”

Lesson learned, nothing is free.  I actually would have given him some change, but didn’t have anything on me and the harrassment was enough for me to run the other direction as fast as I could!
