I got my real estate license back in 2007 and never imagined the ride that real estate would take me on. Around the same time as I got my license, I bought my first house at the age of 26. Through out my real estate career I have wore many hats: real estate assistant, property manager, real estate investor, and residential sales. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty is my 4th real estate company and by far my favorite. They are truly BETTER!! #BetterHawaii
Many years of watching the market, buying and selling real estate for myself and my clients, managing rentals, etc. has shaped me to become a well rounded realtor. 2021 was my busiest year to date for residential sales. For 2021 sales, I received the Better Homes and Gardens Silver Award for sales volume between $3-$5.99 million and that represents the top 15% in the BHGRE national network. Our company also won 2021 Top Producing BHGRE Brokerage in the Nation!! That means per agent – we have the highest production rate of any Better Homes brokerage.

Juggling being a mom to a 6 year old, a wife to a busy husband, and having a real estate career is always challenging. But I am thankful for the support of my family, friends, and BHGRE family to be able to smoothly and successfully serve my clients. This year was especially tough with the competitive market, but even more rewarding after seeing the results.
I was able to help a young local family who moved back home to Hawaii find a starter home on the Windward side. I helped dear friends sell their Kailua home and move their family to the big island. After selling their home they were able to find an amazing home on the big island. The most rewarding sale of the year was helping my little sister and her family find and purchase vacant land to build their dream home on.
After a very busy 2021 I definitely needed a short break and several vacations! Thank you to my family and friends for all their support and referrals. Also, a special thank you to my co-worker Lena Ching Aipa for being my righthand woman – I couldn’t have done it without her assistance and encouragement.
