A little over a year ago, I designed my engagement ring with my favorite jewelry store Mellow Antiques . I went to Mellow because I was given a 1920’s European cut diamond from Steve’s grandmother and wanted antique jewelers who were experienced in this type of diamond.
Owner Laura Mellow has over 30 years of antique jewelry and design experience and not only did she (with the help of Greta) help me create my dream ring, but also taught me about the diamond and how to best showcase its beauty and protect it.
This year Mellow entered my ring in the 2012 Hawaii Jewelers Association design contest. My ring won public choice in one of the three categories. I was so excited to hear about the news and that the general public loves my ring as much as I do! Thank you Mellow Antiques!!
